Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be referred to a sole arbitrator nominated by MCCI Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation Centre (MAMC), Chennai, and conducted in English under the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2021. The seat shall be Chennai and venue as decided by the arbitrator. The award shall be final and binding.
